My mission is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care through a trauma-informed and harm-reduction approach, supporting people in their homes, workspaces, yards, and caregiving environments during times of overwhelm, illness, transition, or crisis. I serve LGBTQ+ folks, disabled individuals, elders, caregivers, hardworking parents and professionals, and anyone navigating mental health challenges, chronic illness, neurodivergence, cancer, hospice care, hoarding, or burnout.
I specialize in supporting spaces that feel heavy, unsafe, or unmanageable—including homes with severe clutter or messes, rodent or insect issues, animal or human waste, and environments that have become difficult to maintain alone. I also provide ongoing support through projects, monthly, or bi-weekly care to help restore stability and prevent overwhelm from returning.
I understand that trauma, depression, and life stress can make both living and working spaces feel impossible. My approach normalizes these experiences and meets people where they are, honoring their pace, preferences, boundaries, and emotional readiness. Through empathy, consistency, clear communication, and inclusivity, I help transform spaces into places that feel safer, cleaner, and more supportive—while building trust, dignity, and connection.
Small changes matter. You don’t have to tackle everything at once—we can begin wherever feels safest. I am ready when you are :)

I recognize that trauma, depression, and mental health challenges can manifest in many ways, including how people maintain their living and workspaces. I approach each client and their environment with empathy, acknowledging that clutter, disorganization, or neglect of tasks may be a reflection of emotional struggles rather than a lack of care
I create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen and respected. I meet clients where they are, without judgment, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for them—especially in cases of hoarding, disorganization, or neglected spaces.
I give clients control over decisions regarding their space, fostering a sense of autonomy and security. I offer guidance and suggestions but always prioritize their preferences, ensuring they feel empowered throughout the process.
I understand that healing and change take time. I tailor my services to the emotional and physical readiness of each client, adjusting the pace and structure as needed. Whether it's a deep clean, organizing, or assisting with a project, I remain flexible and supportive.
Building trust is essential when working with clients who have experienced trauma. I cultivate a consistent, reliable, and predictable presence, helping clients feel safe and secure in their space.
I’m mindful of how certain sounds, smells, and visual changes may be triggering for some clients. I communicate openly about any changes and provide options to make the process as comfortable as possible.
I respect and adapt to the unique routines, values, and dynamics of each family or individual, creating a space where clients feel acknowledged and validated.
