Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to adjust my schedule and offer the spot to someone else.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations within 7 days of the service may be billed up to 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be billed the full service fee.
Rescheduling: I’m happy to work with you on rescheduling. However, if a cancellation fee is not paid, the full service fee will be required upfront to secure any future bookings.
I understand life happens, and this policy is simply in place to protect the time and resources that go into preparing each service. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

I accept various payment methods including cash, venmo, check, cash app. For the time be, payment methods is subject to change for upfront online payments (TBD).

No new yard care jobs started after 12:00 pm.

🧼 Cleaning Services
Available start times: 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, or 12:00 pm.
Earlier or later start times may be considered by request.
Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Los Lunas. Rio Ranco and Los Lunas clients are asked to pay an additional $10 dollar fee for anything more then thirty minute drive. Willing to service any location under an hour drive, with the additional $10 commute fee for anything over thirty minutes.
Bookings are first come first serve. Typically booked out two weeks out or more in advance. Feel free to reach out before booking to see if you can be fit in or if you can be added to a cancelation list.
On special occasions In Gentle Hands has offered discounts, at this time there are no current on going discounts.
Decluttering
Focus: Reducing the amount of items.
Goal: Decide what to keep, donate, recycle, or throw away.
Process: Sorting through belongings, letting go of unnecessary or unused items, and creating more open, usable space.
Example: Helping a client go through closets, cabinets, or garages to remove excess items.
Organizing
Focus: Arranging and structuring the items you’re keeping.
Goal: Create order, easy access, and efficiency.
Process: Categorizing, labeling, and setting up systems for storage and maintenance.
Example: Setting up bins in a pantry, color-coordinating clothes in a closet, or filing paperwork neatly.
Maintenance Cleaning (Upkeep / Regular Cleaning)
Focus: Keeping the home or business consistently tidy and fresh.
Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Includes:
General dusting and surface wipe-downs
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, light wipe of showers/tubs)
Kitchen upkeep (counters, stovetop, outside of appliances)
Emptying trash bins
Light spot-cleaning (fingerprints, smudges, etc.)
Think: Regular upkeep to prevent buildup and maintain cleanliness.

Deep Cleaning (Restorative / Seasonal Cleaning)
Focus: Tackling buildup and detailing areas not covered in regular upkeep.
Frequency: As needed (seasonal, move-in/out, or when space hasn’t been serviced in a while).
Includes:
Moving light furniture to clean underneath/behind
Detailed dusting (vents, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds)
Scrubbing bathrooms thoroughly (grout, tile, shower/tub, fixtures)
Cleaning inside appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher)
Washing doors, trim, and floorboards
Steam cleaning or detailed floor care (if applicable)
Extra care in kitchens and bathrooms
Think: A full reset to restore freshness and detail your space.
One of In Gentle Hands core values is Integrity and Accountability, understanding that not every home they walk into would uphold these same values. Part of the process of any service that is not child care, BEFORE and AFTER videos will be taken to insure work was completed to it's efficiency.
Some clients allow the before and after videos to be posted and allow a few during videos/photos to be taken. This is not an obligation, just a friendly ask to help grow In Gentle Hands and market to the audience who need it most.
A text message would be sent out inquiring on comfortability level on posting said content and should the written consent via the text message be given, video would be posted; if denied the videos will be saved in clients file for record keeping purposes.
No: I bring my own cleaning products, and tools/supplies. I past a dry and wet rag while dusting. I use a hot steamer for floors. N use brand new mop heads for more severe clean ups. Have a shop vacuum for sofas and have a rug/sofa deodoranizer. I have a bunch of different gadgets. Typically use Dawn, Vinger and Fabulous for cleans. Have Degreser and bleach if needed.
